Review: The Big Moo Cheese

Have you ever grilled a slab of cheese like a burger? Or cooked chunks of cheese in the air-fryer?

We recently found The Big Moo Cheese at our local Publix and shared a post of how we liked it.  So when the company reached out us to see if we wanted to sample more of their cheese line, of course our reply was YES PLEASE. 

We get lots of packages delivered, but today we were more excited because it was cheese.  And we were not disappointed opening the box and finding five different cheese flavors.

Included were:

• Oh-So Original

• Roasted Garlic

• Cheesy Pizza

• Bakin Bacon (Mark's favorite)

• Hoppin Jalapeño (Jeff's favorite)

Of course the first test had to be on the grill.  We initially had our doubt and expected to see a possible melting disaster. But we were wrong. We could flip the cheese several times and it totally grilled like a piece of meat.

And like a cheese curd, it “squeaked” when eaten.  Highly recommend firing up the grill for these.  

Next, was baking in the oven.  Super easy by just dropping in a casserole dish and halfway through adding tomato sauce and pepperoni. It was like a crustless pizza. 

Of course we had to try these in the air fryer and they turned out amazing. Simply cube the cheese and drop them in at 360 degrees for a few minutes.

JeffAndMark TIP: Just added fancy toothpicks and you have an easy keto-friendly hors d’oeuvre. 

And cutting them into strips made easy air fryer cheese sticks.

After personally eating the majority of 2.5 pounds of cheese, I can honestly say The Big Moo Cheese is simply genius. Every way we prepared it turned out perfectly - baked, grilled and air-fried.
