How do you make a pretzel popular? By making them Gluten-Free. We all LOVE pretzels and fool ourselves thinking they’re are a healthy snack, when really they’re a refined carbohydrate with little nutritional value and sprinkled with salt.

Healthy or not we still love pretzels. Snyders-Lance Gluten Free pretzels are already soy-free, egg-free and dairy-free and now we can love them more being gluten-free.
Visually compared to original Roldgold pretzel sticks, these are slightly bigger and appear to have the salt baked into the pretzel stick. Texture-wise they have a noticeably harder crunch, which is not a bad thing. Taste-wise, you can’t tell the difference, which is a good thing
And in our completely unscientific portion-size testing, the gluten-free pretzels far exceeded the calibrated container test. In other words, it overflowed our snack Dixie cup. But for accurate dietary portioning, we recommend getting a digital scale.
So aside from the slight size difference and crunch when compared to traditional pretzel sticks, you can’t tell the pretzels are gluten-free, which is a really good thing. Snyders-Lance Gluten Free pretzels are available at Whole Goods and Amazon.
