We‘re always on the lookout for local coffee bars around Tampa Bay. Jeff’s go-to coffee drinks are espresso based, either a double/triple or traditional Cuban Coffee (and yes, the version with all the sugar). Our search last weekend brought us to DI Coffee Bar and Wine on Tampa’s Davis Island. Located along the commercial strip on David Blvd., the crowded patio at 8 AM allowed us to easily spot the location.
The DI Coffee Bar menu offers some tasty coffee drinks and they even have a selection of beer and wine by the glass. We ordered coffee at the patio window (no beer, it was only 8 AM) and decided to head inside to look around.
The inside is small, but they made great use of the space. In the back was a larger seating area. The décor is on point here and they really did a great job to make you feel comfortable.
All kinds of retail offerings in the front with some grab and go food options.
The wine by the glass section seemed to offer a nice variety, which we will be back to try.
There is even a pack patio with a fire pit that should really give the vibes at night.
